每次爬山，我都告訴自己過程不易

怕的當兒可以不再前進，或掉頭

雖然心是戰戰兢兢，但我還是堅持走完了

生活也如爬山，許多決擇或阻撓

除了逃避，就只有面對

我想，我只能繼續面對一切，才會過得更好吧！

是的,只是不定期 ...
爬山就像其他運動一樣, 常去爬即不覺的辛苦 ...
留意它的難度 .... 先"走山", 再去爬"小山", 才爬"大(漢)山" Heheheee

我暫時都去小山，還不敢挑戰大漢山。。。。哈哈哈

只是周末的活動，開工時都累死了！

剛爬山時，周日爬完就像死魚，周三，周四好不容易恢復元氣後，周日再爬山。。。就一直重複地累。。。幸好，現在好多了！登頂的感覺很棒！:)

有一次的登山,半途中, 我獨自站一個小丘上, 遙望遠山, 以作短暫的休息;
有一位伙伴趕到, 在我背后, 有感而說:

"豋山的道路, 正如人生的道路,
有起有落,有上有下,
有跌倒的時候,
有爬起的時候,
有順利,也有不順利的時候,
............... "

Heheee, 像不像妳所寫的感受那樣le...

"登頂"的感覺蠻捧,
我喜歡登山的整個過程..
